Ingredients
- SALAD
- 2 packages ramen noodles (beef flavored 3-oz)
- 1 package cole slaw mix (16 oz)
- 1 cup raw sunflower seeds
- 1 bunch green onions, chopped
- 3 small individual cups mandarin oranges, drained, reserve juice of 1 cup
- 1 can black beans, drained, rinsed well
- 1 ounce sliced almonds
- DRESSING MIX
- 1/2 cup extra light virgin olive oil
- 1/3 cup splenda
- 2 - beef flavor packets from ramen noodle packet
- 1 - juice from reserved mandarin orange cup above
- 1 teaspoon balsamic vinegar
How To Make oriental slaw salad

Step 1Break the Ramen Noodles into bite size pieces. Mix all of the ingredients together. Stir well. Chill while making the dressing. In a separate bowl mix the dressing ingredients together. Pour over the salad and stir well. Serve chilled.
