1 lbcabbage, shredded
2 pkgramen noodles
1 pkgalmonds, slivered (2 ounces)
2 Tbspsoy sauce
2green onions, chopped
How to Make Oriental Slaw
- Remove seasoning packets from ramen noodles and set aside.
- Crumble ramen noodles.
- In a skillet, over medium heat, cook noodles and almonds in butter until lightly browned. Set aside.
- Combine vinegar, oil, sugar, soy sauce, and season packets from ramen noodles in a jar. Close, shake well, then refrigerate.
- Immediately before serving, toss together noodle mixture, dressing, onions and cabbage.
