Ingredients

1 pkg
cole slaw mix (16 ounces)
8
green onions--chop green part also
2 Tbsp
sesame seeds
8 Tbsp
slivered almonds
6 Tbsp
rice vinegar
4 Tbsp
sugar
3/4 c
vegetable oil
2 tsp
salt
1 tsp
pepper
2 pkg
ramen noodles, uncooked; discard seasoning packets

How to Make Oriental Salad

Step-by-Step

  • 1Brown nuts and seeds in a little oil. Cool. Combine cole slaw mix and onions. Combine ingredients for dressing.
  • 2Break up the Ramen noodles and put on top. Pour on the drssing. Add seeds and nuts.
  • 3Refrigerate 1 to 2 hours. Toss before serving.
