  • 1 pkg
    cole slaw mix (16 ounces)
  • 8
    green onions--chop green part also
  • 2 Tbsp
    sesame seeds
  • 8 Tbsp
    slivered almonds
  • 6 Tbsp
    rice vinegar
  • 4 Tbsp
  • 3/4 c
    vegetable oil
  • 2 tsp
  • 1 tsp
  • 2 pkg
    ramen noodles, uncooked; discard seasoning packets

How to Make Oriental Salad


  1. Brown nuts and seeds in a little oil. Cool. Combine cole slaw mix and onions. Combine ingredients for dressing.
  2. Break up the Ramen noodles and put on top. Pour on the drssing. Add seeds and nuts.
  3. Refrigerate 1 to 2 hours. Toss before serving.
