Ingredients

  • 1 package cole slaw mix (16 ounces)
  • 8 - green onions--chop green part also
  • 2 tablespoons sesame seeds
  • 8 tablespoons slivered almonds
  • 6 tablespoons rice vinegar
  • 4 tablespoons sugar
  • 3/4 cup vegetable oil
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 1 teaspoon pepper
  • 2 packages ramen noodles, uncooked; discard seasoning packets

How To Make oriental salad

  • Step 1
    Brown nuts and seeds in a little oil. Cool. Combine cole slaw mix and onions. Combine ingredients for dressing.
  • Step 2
    Break up the Ramen noodles and put on top. Pour on the drssing. Add seeds and nuts.
  • Step 3
    Refrigerate 1 to 2 hours. Toss before serving.
