When visiting my grandmother who lived near the North Sea in Germany, I remember having lots of "Krabben" - small local shrimp in a variety of dishes. Here's an example of a local shrimp salad.

Ingredients
- 10 ounces small shrimp, cooked, peeled, deveined
- 1 small red onion, minced
- 6-8 - radishes, finely chopped
- 1/4 - english cucumber, finely chopped
- 2 tablespoons freshly chopped dill (or 1 tb dried)
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 large lemon, juice of
- - sea salt and pepper, to taste
- - lemon wedges, to serve

Step 1In a medium bowl, toss together the shrimp, onion, radishes, cucumber and dill.
