Ingredients
- 1/2 cup apple cider vinegar
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup tomato puree
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 2 teaspoons pepper
- 1 - cabbage head, grated
How To Make nc coleslaw

Step 1In a large mixing bowl, add grated cabbage.

Step 2Combine vinegar, sugar, tomato puree, salt, and pepper into a small bowl.

Step 3Add vinegar mixture to cabbage and toss until well-blended. (The mixture may look dry at first, but there's plenty of liquid to moisten cabbage thoroughly if you keep tossing.

Step 4Refrigerate at least one hour before serving.
