This recipe is so good, and so easy. Don't let the title fool you, you will want this coleslaw all year round. It originally came from a Longaberger recipe (when I was a consultant). I have tweaked it though the years to make it my own by adding more apples or onions, etc. This is the original recipe...

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup mayo
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 2 tablespoons cider vinegar
- 1 tablespoon grainy mustard
- - salt and pepper to taste
- 1 - granny smith apple, peeled, cored, sliced thin
- 2 - 10-12 oz bags coleslaw mix
- 4 ounces crumbled blue cheese
- 1/2-1 - red onion, thinly sliced
How To Make nature's glory fall slaw

Step 1Combine the mayo, sour cream, vinegar, mustard, salt and pepper into the Bright Multi-Color Large Bowl. Add the apple sliced, cabbage, cheese and onion. Toss. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate until ready to serve. Serves 6-8.

Step 2Note: I love adding more onion, so use as much as you like.
