2 Tbspcider vinegar
1 Tbspgrainy mustard
·salt and pepper to taste
1granny smith apple, peeled, cored, sliced thin
210-12 oz bags coleslaw mix
4 ozcrumbled blue cheese
1/2-1red onion, thinly sliced
How to Make Nature's Glory Fall Slaw
- Combine the mayo, sour cream, vinegar, mustard, salt and pepper into the Bright Multi-Color Large Bowl. Add the apple sliced, cabbage, cheese and onion. Toss. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate until ready to serve. Serves 6-8.
- Note: I love adding more onion, so use as much as you like.
