This recipe is so good, and so easy. Don't let the title fool you, you will want this coleslaw all year round. It originally came from a Longaberger recipe (when I was a consultant). I have tweaked it though the years to make it my own by adding more apples or onions, etc. This is the original recipe...

Ingredients For nature's glory fall slaw

  • 1/2 c
    mayo
  • 1/2 c
    sour cream
  • 2 Tbsp
    cider vinegar
  • 1 Tbsp
    grainy mustard
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1
    granny smith apple, peeled, cored, sliced thin
  • 2
    10-12 oz bags coleslaw mix
  • 4 oz
    crumbled blue cheese
  • 1/2-1
    red onion, thinly sliced

How To Make nature's glory fall slaw

    Combine the mayo, sour cream, vinegar, mustard, salt and pepper into the Bright Multi-Color Large Bowl. Add the apple sliced, cabbage, cheese and onion. Toss. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate until ready to serve. Serves 6-8.

    Note: I love adding more onion, so use as much as you like.
