My Spinach Salad with Creamy Mushroom Dressing

I alway have to double the recipe when the gang is over. It is that good. Enjoy!
Ingredients

·cream of mushroom salad dressing:
-
1 can(s)cream of mushroom soup
-
1/4 ctarragon vinegar
-
1 1/2 tspsugar
-
1/4 cwater
-
1/4 tspcelery seed
-
1/4 tspmarjoram
-
1 tspdry mustard
-
·salt and pepper to taste
-
·dash of worcestershire sauce
-
·salad:
-
1(10 ounce) package of washed, trimmed spinach, torn into bite-size pieces (i use baby spinach)

12strips bacon, crisp fried and crumbled or in pieces which ever you prefer.

4hard boiled eggs, peeled and sliced
-
1 mediumonion, ( i prefer red onion ) sliced into rings
-
·sliced mushroom (optional)
How to Make My Spinach Salad with Creamy Mushroom Dressing
- For Dressing; beat ingredients together in a bowl.
- Pour into a sauce pan and heat over medium heat while stirring until mixture is smooth.
- Remove from heat and set aside to cool.
- For Salad; assemble the ingredients in layers in a large salad bowl and salt and pepper to taste.
- Pour cooled salad dressing over and toss gently.
- Goes well with any meal!
