Ingredients
- 1 large cabbage shredded
- 1 large green pepper chopped
- 1 medium onion copped
- 1 jar chopped pimentoes drained
- 2/3 cup canola oil
- 1 tablespoon celery seed
- 1 teaspoon mustard seed
- 1 tablespoon salt
- 1 cup boiling water
- 1 cup vinegar
- 1 cup sugar
How To Make my pepper slaw

Step 1Place cabbage in a large bowl, sprinkle with salt and pour the water over and let stand for 1 hour then drain

Step 2Add the pepper, onion, pimentos, celery seed and the mustard seed.

Step 3Pour oil over and stir to coat. Then place mixture in a large jar.

Step 4Boil vinegar and sugar until sugar is dissolved, then pour over the mixture. Place lid on the jar and refrigerate over night.
