Ingredients For my pepper slaw

1 lgcabbage shredded

1 lggreen pepper chopped

1 mdonion copped
-
1 jarchopped pimentoes drained

2/3 ccanola oil
-
1 Tbspcelery seed
-
1 tspmustard seed
-
1 Tbspsalt
-
1 cboiling water
-
1 cvinegar
-
1 csugar
How To Make my pepper slaw

1Place cabbage in a large bowl, sprinkle with salt and pour the water over and let stand for 1 hour then drain

2Add the pepper, onion, pimentos, celery seed and the mustard seed.

3Pour oil over and stir to coat. Then place mixture in a large jar.

4Boil vinegar and sugar until sugar is dissolved, then pour over the mixture. Place lid on the jar and refrigerate over night.
