Ingredients
- 1 - hard boiled egg per person
- 2 slices bacon per person
- 1/2 cup spinach per person
- 2 tablespoons or more bacon fat
- 2/3 cup white vinegar
- 1/2 cup sugar
How To Make my favorite spinach salad

Step 1at a med high temp,Cook bacon to a tender crispy. Set a side, saving 2 to 3 TBLS of bacon fat in the pan.

Step 2In individual salad bowls ad spinach sliced hard boiled eggs and crumbled bacon.

Step 3Reheat reserved bacon fat over medium heat add sugar stirring until creamy.

Step 4Reduce heat slightly, slowly add vinegar stirring continuously until sugar is disavowed

Step 5Pour vinegar mixture over salad and serve
