I have been searching for the perfect cucumber salad but never seemed to find one that I loved. So I combined two or three of my favorites and added my own touch.

Ingredients

2 - cucumbers, peeled and sliced
1 teaspoon kosher salt
1 tablespoon white or cider vinegar
1/2 cup duke's mayo (or your favorite brand)
1/4 cup sour cream
1 package equal (small blue packet)
1/4 teaspoon dill weed
Dash - celery seed
1/4 - of a small onion, sliced thin
Dash - of ground black pepper to taste

How To Make my creamy cucumber salad

Step 1

Mix first 3 ingredients,(cukes, kosher salt, & vinegar) Set aside for 30 minutes. Drain well!

Step 2

Mix together rest of ingredients and add to cucumber mixture and place in fridge til ready to use.
