  • 2 c
    fresh or frozen sweet corn
  • 3/4 c
    chopped tomato
  • 1/2 c
    chopped green pepper
  • 1/2 c
    chopped celery
  • 1/4 c
    chopped onion
  • 1/4 c
    prepared ranch salad dressing

How to Make Mrs. Pennigton's Corn Salad


  1. In a salad bowl, combine vegetables.
  2. Add dressing.
  3. Chill until serving time. Serves 8.
