    frozen corn, cooked and chilled
  • 1/2 c
    red pepper, diced
  • 1/2 c
    green pepper, diced
  • 1/2 c
    red onion, diced
  • 1 c
    mayonaise
  • 1 c
    cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1 c
    chili cheese fritos, crushed

How To Make mexican corn salad

    Combine cooked and cooled corn, peppers, onions, mayonnaise and cheese.
