Ingredients

  • 1 cup vinegar
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon celery seed
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 teaspoon prepared mustard
  • 1 large onions. quartered and thinly sliced
  • 1 large cabbage shredded
  • 1 - green bell pepper,chopped

How To Make mexican coleslaw

  • Step 1
    Combine the first 6 ingredients in a pot and bring to a boil. Pour hot mixture over cabbage, onions and peppers. Store leftovers in refrigerator.
