  • ·
    2 heads of lettuce torn into small pieces
  • ·
    black and green olives
  • ·
    sun dried tomatoes
  • ·
    tricolored pepper strips
  • ·
    red onion diced and a few rings
  • ·
    cubes of feta cheese
  • ·
    pepperoncini peppers
  • ·
    diced cucumber
  • ·
    artichoke hearts halved
  • ·
    roasted red pepper strips

How to Make Mediterranean Salad


  1. Wash and dry the lettuce and tear into small pieces.
  2. With the exception of the onion rings add 2/3 of the remaining ingredients and toss in a bowl.
  3. Arrange the remaining ingredients in an attractive design using the onion rings on the top.
  4. Just before serving toss with a good quality commercial Greek Salad Dressing.
