Ingredients
- 1 - 15.5oz can cannellini beans-rinsed thoroughly
- 1/4 cup boscoli italian olive salad mixture
- 2-3 tablespoons olive oil (to taste)
- 2-3 teaspoons cuisine perel spicy pecan vinegar (to taste)
- 1/4 cup red bell pepper- chopped small
- 1/4 cup vadalia onion, chopped
- 1/2 cup arugula, washed
- 2 tablespoons toasted pine nuts
- 1 - tomato, chopped medium
- - sea salt & ground white pepper-to taste
- 1/4 cup feta cheese, crumbled sprinkled on top before serving
- - fresh parsley for garnish
How To Make mediterranean bean salad

Step 1Throughly mix all ingredients together in bowl, except cheese,parsley and pine nuts.

Step 2Refrigerate 30 minutes for flavors to marinate and intensify.

Step 3Mix before serving, mix in roasted pine nuts, and sprinkle with cheese and parsley.
