How to Make Marinated Vegetable Salad
- Bring the salt, pepper, vinegar, oil, water and sugar to a boil.
- Boil for 2 minutes and set aside to cool.
- Combine the remaining ingredients and toss with the cooled vinegar dressing.
- Chill the salad until ready to serve.
- This salad is perfect if made the day before.
