Ingredients

  • 1 tsp
    salt
  • 1 tsp
    pepper
  • 3/4 c
    rice vinegar
  • 1/2 c
    canola oil
  • 1 Tbsp
    water
  • 1 c
    sugar
  • 16 oz
    can drained white corn
  • 16 oz
    can drained french style green beans
  • 16 oz
    can drained sweet peas
  • 1 large
    chopped bell pepper
  • 3-4
    chopped celery ribs
  • 1 small
    chopped onion

How to Make Marinated Vegetable Salad

Step-by-Step

  1. Bring the salt, pepper, vinegar, oil, water and sugar to a boil.
  2. Boil for 2 minutes and set aside to cool.
  3. Combine the remaining ingredients and toss with the cooled vinegar dressing.
  4. Chill the salad until ready to serve.
  5. This salad is perfect if made the day before.
