Ingredients
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 3/4 cup rice vinegar
- 1/2 cup canola oil
- 1 tablespoon water
- 1 cup sugar
- 16 ounces can drained white corn
- 16 ounces can drained french style green beans
- 16 ounces can drained sweet peas
- 1 large chopped bell pepper
- 3-4 - chopped celery ribs
- 1 small chopped onion
How To Make marinated vegetable salad

Step 1Bring the salt, pepper, vinegar, oil, water and sugar to a boil.

Step 2Boil for 2 minutes and set aside to cool.

Step 3Combine the remaining ingredients and toss with the cooled vinegar dressing.

Step 4Chill the salad until ready to serve.

Step 5This salad is perfect if made the day before.
