- 1 can white shoepeg corn, drained
- 1 can french style green beans, drained
- 1 can lesueur peas, drained
- 1 cup purple onion, chopped
- 1 cup celery, chopped
- 1 cup green bell pepper, chopped
- 4 ounces pimento, chopped
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup vinegar
- 1/2 cup oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
How To Make marinated vegetable salad

Step 1Combine all vegetables together.

Step 2Combine in a separate bowl the sugar, vinegar, oil and salt. Pour over vegetables, toss and let it marinate in the refrigerator overnight.
