(8oz.) water chestnuts, drained and halved

How to Make Marinated Vegetable Salad

Step-by-Step

  • 1in sauce pan, combine sugar, vinegar, oil, and salt. bring to a boil. remove from heat; cool to room temperture.
  • 2in a large bowl combine the remaining ingredients. add dressing; toss to coat. cover and chill for at least 2 hours. serve with a slotted spoon.
