Ingredients
- 4 cups thinly sliced cucumbers
- 1/2 medium sweet onion, thinly sliced
- 1/2 small green bell pepper, thinly sliced
- 1 tablespoon kosher salt
- 1/2 cup tarragon vinegar (can use cider vinegar)
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 1/2 teaspoons celery seed
How To Make marinated cucumber salad

Step 1Place the first four ingredients (cucumbers thru salt) in a bowl. Combine so all is well mixed. Refrigerate for 2 hours.

Step 2After marinating, drain the veggies well. Combine the vinegar, sugar and celery seed in a bowl and stir until the sugar dissolves. Pour over the veggies and serve.
