3/4 cplus 2 tablespoons oil

3/4 cplus 2 tablespoons white vinegar

1 csugar
-
1 tspsalt

1/2 tspcelery seed
How to Make Marinated Cole Slaw
- Shred cabbage and carrot.
- Chop pepper and onion. Mix and set aside.
- In saucepan, make marinade of oil,vinegar,sugar and salt and celery seed
- Pour over slaw and do not stir.
- Cover and marinate overnight.
- Serve with slotted spoon. Stays crisp 7 to 10 days.
