This broccoli salad is so flavorful and crunchy, one of my go to salads. Easy!

  • 2 bunch
    broccoli florets
  • 1 tsp
    dill weed (fresh is better)
  • 1/4 c
    oil ( i use canola)
  • 1/4 c
    red wine vinegar
  • 2 clove
    garlic, minced
  • ·
    sweetened dried cranberries (amount is your preference)
  • ·
    sliced almonds (amount is your preference)

How to Make Marinated Broccoli Salad


  1. Place all of the ingredient listed in a one gallon plastic ziplock bag. Close and shake well. Refrigerate overnight, shaking occasionally. Serve chilled. Serves 6
