marinated broccoli salad

This broccoli salad is so flavorful and crunchy, one of my go to salads. Easy!

Ingredients

  • 2 bunches broccoli florets
  • 1 teaspoon dill weed (fresh is better)
  • 1/4 cup oil ( i use canola)
  • 1/4 cup red wine vinegar
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • - sweetened dried cranberries (amount is your preference)
  • - sliced almonds (amount is your preference)

How To Make marinated broccoli salad

  • Step 1
    Place all of the ingredient listed in a one gallon plastic ziplock bag. Close and shake well. Refrigerate overnight, shaking occasionally. Serve chilled. Serves 6
