Ingredients

  • 6 c
    broccoli florets, small pieces
  • 1 c
    cherry tomatoes 9 (halved)
  • 1 c
    colby and montery jack cheese crumbles
  • 1/2 c
    thinly sliced red onion
  • 2 Tbsp
    sunflower seeds
  • 1 Tbsp
    poppy seeds
  • 1/2 c
    raspberry vingerette dressing
  • 2 tsp
    dijon mustard
  • 1 Tbsp
    sugar or sugar sub

How to Make Marinated Broccoli and Tomato Salad

Step-by-Step

  1. Mix Broccoli, tomatoes,cheese, onions,sunflower seeds,and poppy seeds in large bowl.
  2. Stir together the dressing,mustard and the sugar, until well blended I use a wisk.
    Pour the over the vegetable mixture ,toss to coat.'
    Chill at least 4 hours or overnight.Serves 8 or more.
