Ingredients

  • 1/4 c
    orange juice
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp
    red wine vinegar
  • 1 1/2 tsp
    poppy seeds
  • 1 1/2 tsp
    olive oil
  • 1/4 tsp
    dijon mustard
  • 1/8 tsp
    salt
  • 1/8 tsp
    pepper
  • 4 1/2 c
    torn romaine lettuce
  • 1 1/2 c
    torn radicchio or red leaf lettuce
  • 1 1/2 c
    cubed cooked turkey or chicken
  • 1/4 c
    vertically sliced red onion
  • 1 can(s)
    11-oz mandarin oranges in light syrup, drained

How to Make Mandarin-turkey Salad

Step-by-Step

  1. Combine first 7 ingredients in a large bowl; stir well. Add remaining ingredients; toss gently to coat. Serve immediately.
