maggie's everything slaw
Had everything to make coleslaw plus a lot of homegrown veggies. So I made up this recipe and my husband loved it. Hope you enjoy it also, it is very refreshing.
Blue Ribbon Recipe
This coleslaw twist really does have everything but the kitchen sink. It's crunchy, sweet, and tart. The longer it sits, the better it gets. If you want extra saucy goodness, double the dressing recipe.

Ingredients
- 4-5 cups cabbage
- 1 1/2 cups unpeeled red apple
- 3/4 cup celery
- 1/2 cup carrot
- 1/3 cup onion
- 1/2 cup raisins
- 1/2 cup cucumber
- 1 cup squash, shredded (zucchini or yellow)
- 1/2 package Ramen noodles
- DRESSING
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise, fat-free
- 1 1/4 tablespoons white vinegar
- 1 tablespoon chopped parsley
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon paprika
- dash nutmeg
- dash cayenne pepper
How To Make maggie's everything slaw

Step 1Toss all together in large bowl.

Step 2Whisk all dressing ingredients in a small bowl and pour into the salad.

Step 3Cover and refrigerate 2 to 3 hours before serving to let flavors blend.
