Ingredients
- 2 - medium onions, sliced
- 2 - cucumbers, sliced
- 1 pint fresh plum tomatoes, halves
- 1 teaspoon salt
- - black pepper to taste
- 1/4 cup vinegar
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley leaves, chopped
How To Make lisa's three vegetables salad

Step 1Slice the onions, cucumbers and half the tomatoes. Mix together in a bowl. Add the salt, pepper, vinegar, olive oil and parsley leaves. Toss to marinate. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
