medium onions, sliced
fresh plum tomatoes, halves
black pepper to taste
fresh parsley leaves, chopped
How To Make
Slice the onions, cucumbers and half the tomatoes. Mix together in a bowl. Add the salt, pepper, vinegar, olive oil and parsley leaves. Toss to marinate. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
