- chopped green onions, include some tops!

- velveeta cheese - cubed small
- hard boiled eggs, rough chopped
- 1/3 c
- kraft sandwich spread
- salt and pepper to taste
How to Make LeSuer Pea Salad
- 1Carefully combine all ingredients, careful not to bruise peas. Refrigerate overnight. Velvetta will soften while resting in fridge. Garnish top with sliced hard boiled eggs, sprinkled with paprika.
- 2DO NOT SUBSTITUE LeSuer peas. Other brands turn to mush! Kraft Sandwich Spread makes this dish special, but you can substitue with mayo.
