Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
- - zest of one lemon
- 2 cloves garlic, finely minced
- 1 - carrot, shredded
- 1/2 - red bell pepper, diced
- 1 medium tomato, seeded, diced
- 1 small onion, vidalia, cut into slivers
- 1 small cabbage, shredded
- 1 pinch black pepper, freshly ground
- 1 pinch coarse salt
- 2 tablespoons olive oil, extra virgin
How To Make lemon garlic slaw

Step 1Dice and chop all vegetables as directed. Toss together in a large bowl.

Step 2Whisk together the lemon juice, zest, garlic, salt, pepper, and oil. Drizzle over the slaw mixture and toss.

Step 3Serve immediately. If it must be refrigerated do not add the dressing until serving time
