- 2 - carrots, shredded
- 1/3 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 2 tablespoons minced onion
- 1 teaspoon grated lemon rind
- 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
