Ingredients

  • - grated roman cheese
  • 3 - crisply cooked bacon slices, crumbled
  • 1 1/2 quarts torn spinach
  • 2 cups mushrooms slices
  • 1 cup red onion rings
  • 10 ounces frozen peas, cooked, drained
  • 1/2 cup kraft mayo
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 2 tablespoons cheese (like parmesan)

How To Make layered spinach salad, barb

  • Step 1
    Combine 1/2 cup cheese and bacon, mix well. In 2 1/2 quart bowl, layer spinach, cheese mixture, mushrooms, onions and peas. Combine mayo, sour cream and sugar. Mix well and spread over salad to seal. Sprinkle 2 tablespoons cheese over top. Cover, refrigerate overnight.
