Ingredients For layered spinach salad, barb

  • grated roman cheese
  • 3
    crisply cooked bacon slices, crumbled
  • 1 1/2 qt
    torn spinach
  • 2 c
    mushrooms slices
  • 1 c
    red onion rings
  • 10 oz
    frozen peas, cooked, drained
  • 1/2 c
    kraft mayo
  • 1/2 c
    sour cream
  • 1 tsp
  • 2 Tbsp
    cheese (like parmesan)

How To Make layered spinach salad, barb

  • 1
    Combine 1/2 cup cheese and bacon, mix well. In 2 1/2 quart bowl, layer spinach, cheese mixture, mushrooms, onions and peas. Combine mayo, sour cream and sugar. Mix well and spread over salad to seal. Sprinkle 2 tablespoons cheese over top. Cover, refrigerate overnight.
