kidney bean salad
we had something like this at White Fence Farm. A restaurant here in Lakewood that went out of business. Had to figure out how to keep having this. This is what I came up with.

Ingredients
- 2 cans red kidney beans
- 1/2 cup chopped celery
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 3 teaspoons red wine vinegar
- 1 cup sour cream
- 3 tablespoons sugar
How To Make kidney bean salad

Step 1drain and rinse kidney beans.

Step 2combine everything in a medium bowl.

Step 3chill 2 or more hours and serve.
