Ingredients
- 1 pound red kidney beans
- 1 - large onion
- 3/4 cup chopped sweet pickles
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1/4 teaspoon celery seed
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 pinch salt and pepper
How To Make kidney bean salad

Step 1Rinse and sort beans, boil until tender. Drain, cool and refrigerate. When thoroughly chilled remove and add remaining ingredients. Mix well and serve on crisp lettuce leaves.
