Ingredients For joseph coat salad

3/4 csugar

2/3 cwhite vinegar

1/2 csalad oil
-
2 Tbspflour
-
2 Tbspprepared mustard

2 tsplemon juice
-
1 tspsalt and pepper
-
4carrots, coined
-
1cauliflower, small florets
-
3stalks celery, chopped
-
1onion, chopped
-
1green pepper, chopped
-
1 canwater chestnuts, sliced

1 jarpimento, drained
How To Make joseph coat salad

1Combine the first 8 ingredients and cook for 5 minutes.

2Partially cook the carrots and cauliflower and cool.

3Combine all the vegetables in large bowl. Pour dressing over and refrigerate overnight or at least 6 hours.
