Ingredients
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 2/3 cup white vinegar
- 1/2 cup salad oil
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 2 tablespoons prepared mustard
- 2 teaspoons lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon salt and pepper
- 4 - carrots, coined
- 1 - cauliflower, small florets
- 3 - stalks celery, chopped
- 1 - onion, chopped
- 1 - green pepper, chopped
- 1 can water chestnuts, sliced
- 1 jar pimento, drained
How To Make joseph coat salad

Step 1Combine the first 8 ingredients and cook for 5 minutes.

Step 2Partially cook the carrots and cauliflower and cool.

Step 3Combine all the vegetables in large bowl. Pour dressing over and refrigerate overnight or at least 6 hours.
