I found this recipe and put my special extra ingredient in! My husband loves it!

Ingredients

  • 2 - 16 oz. bags frozen peas
  • 1 small onion,chopped
  • 8 ounces cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 3 tablespoons yellow mustard
  • 1 dash garlic powder with parsley

How To Make jiffy pea salad

  • Step 1
    In a large bowl, combined all ingredients. I used frozen peas. You could use thawed peas,but it mixed better and faster using frozen peas. **just let salad thaw quite a bit before serving**
  • Step 2
    While stirring pea salad,it could start the thawing process. Leftovers will need to be refridgerated.
