- 2 - 16 oz. bags frozen peas
- 1 small onion,chopped
- 8 ounces cheese, shredded
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 3 tablespoons yellow mustard
- 1 dash garlic powder with parsley
How To Make jiffy pea salad

Step 1In a large bowl, combined all ingredients. I used frozen peas. You could use thawed peas,but it mixed better and faster using frozen peas. **just let salad thaw quite a bit before serving**

Step 2While stirring pea salad,it could start the thawing process. Leftovers will need to be refridgerated.
