Ingredients
- 2 medium cucumbers
- 1/4 cup rice vinegar
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons sesame seeds, toasted
How To Make japanese cucumber salad

Step 1Peel cucumbers to leave alternating green stripes.Slice the cucumbers in half lengthwise;scrape the seeds out with a spoon.

Step 2Using a knife, cut into very thin slices. While you are doing this you can toast your sesame seeds in a dry nonstick pan, stirring frequently until fragrant and golden. Set aside to cool.

Step 3Combine sugar, salt, rice vinegar in medium bowl stirring to dissolve.

Step 4Add cucumbers and sesame seeds to your rice vinegar mixture;tossing to coat. Serve immediately
