Ingredients For japanese cucumber salad

  • 2 1/2 c
    cucumber sliced very thin
  • 1/2 tsp
    salt
  • DRESSING
  • 3 Tbsp
    rice vinegar
  • 2 Tbsp
    sugar
  • 1 tsp
    soy sauce
  • 1 Tbsp
    black sesame seeds
  • shredded dried seaweed for garnish (optional)

How To Make japanese cucumber salad

  • 1
    Mix the cucumber with the salt and set aside.
  • 2
    Mix the rice vinegar, sugar, soy sauce and black sesame seeds together until sugar is dissolved.

    Pour dressing over cucumbers and garnish with dried seaweed if desired.
