- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- DRESSING
- 3 tablespoons rice vinegar
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1 teaspoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon black sesame seeds
- - shredded dried seaweed for garnish (optional)

Step 1Mix the cucumber with the salt and set aside.

Step 2Mix the rice vinegar, sugar, soy sauce and black sesame seeds together until sugar is dissolved.
