- SALAD LAYERS

2 cromaine lettuce, chopped

12grape tomatoes, halved

1/2 csharp cheddar cheese, shredded
How To Make individual layer salad with pea pesto

1For the pesto, place all ingredients in food processor and process until well incorporated.

2For the vinaigrette, place all ingredients in a mason jar. Place the lid on it and shake to mix. Taste and adjust salt and pepper.

3To layer the salad, start with pea pesto on the bottom.

4Then lettuce, tomatoes. cucumbers, and then cheese.

5Drizzle the vinaigrette over the salad when ready to eat.
