Ingredients For individual avocado and ramen noodle salads

  • 2 pkg
    ramen noodles
  • 1 lg
    avocado
  • 3 Tbsp
    small diced red onion
  • 1 c
    grape tomatoes, halved
  • 1 c
    sliced cucumbers, peeled
  • 1/2 c
    cilantro, chopped
  • VINAIGRETTE
  • 4 Tbsp
    lemon juice
  • 2 Tbsp
    Dijon mustard
  • 2 clove
    garlic, minced
  • 1 Tbsp
    granulated sugar
  • salt and pepper

How To Make individual avocado and ramen noodle salads

  • 1
    Cook the noodles according to package directions with the flavor packet. Set aside to cool.

    Mix the ingredients for the vinaigrette together and set in the fridge.
  • 3
    Place the noodles in 6 bowls. Layer with Avocado, onion, tomatoes, cucumbers, and cilantro.
  • 4
    Top with the vinaigrette.
