Ingredients
- 2 packages ramen noodles
- 1 large avocado
- 3 tablespoons small diced red onion
- 1 cup grape tomatoes, halved
- 1 cup sliced cucumbers, peeled
- 1/2 cup cilantro, chopped
- VINAIGRETTE
- 4 tablespoons lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon granulated sugar
- salt and pepper
How To Make individual avocado and ramen noodle salads

Step 1Cook the noodles according to package directions with the flavor packet. Set aside to cool.

Step 2Mix the ingredients for the vinaigrette together and set in the fridge.

Step 3Place the noodles in 6 bowls. Layer with Avocado, onion, tomatoes, cucumbers, and cilantro.

Step 4Top with the vinaigrette.
