1 cgrape tomatoes, halved

1 csliced cucumbers, peeled

1/2 ccilantro, chopped
- VINAIGRETTE

4 Tbsplemon juice

2 TbspDijon mustard

2 clovegarlic, minced

1 Tbspgranulated sugar

How To Make individual avocado and ramen noodle salads

1Cook the noodles according to package directions with the flavor packet. Set aside to cool.

2Mix the ingredients for the vinaigrette together and set in the fridge.

3Place the noodles in 6 bowls. Layer with Avocado, onion, tomatoes, cucumbers, and cilantro.

4Top with the vinaigrette.
