Ingredients
- 1 pound imitation crabmeat, chopped
- 1-2 cup celery, diced
- 1/2-1 cup onion, diced
- 2 cups cooked rice or pasta
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 1/2 teaspoons old bay seasoning
- 1-1 1/2 cups shredded cheese (for casserole)
How To Make imitation crab salad or casserole

Step 1For crab salad combine all ingredients, except for cheese. Chill for a few hours.

Step 2For casserole, combine all but cheese. Put into greased baking dish, top with cheese. Bake at 350’ for 30 minutes.
