Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 2 - garlic cloves, minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon ginger, freshly minced
  • 2 - celery stalks, sliced
  • 8 cups chinese cabbage, 1" chunks
  • 1/2 pound mushrooms, freshly sliced
  • 3/4 cup spinach, trimmed and torn
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce

How To Make hot oriental salad

  • Step 1
    Heat oil in large skillet or dutch oven over medium-high heat.
  • Step 2
    Add garlic and ginger; saute until garlic is lightly browned.
  • Step 3
    Add celery; stir-fry 2 minutes.
  • Step 4
    Add cabbage and mushrooms; stir-fry 2 minutes.
  • Step 5
    Add spinach; stir-fry 2 minutes.
  • Step 6
    Add soy sauce and toss to coat vegetables; serve immediately.
