Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 2 - garlic cloves, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon ginger, freshly minced
- 2 - celery stalks, sliced
- 8 cups chinese cabbage, 1" chunks
- 1/2 pound mushrooms, freshly sliced
- 3/4 cup spinach, trimmed and torn
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
How To Make hot oriental salad

Step 1Heat oil in large skillet or dutch oven over medium-high heat.

Step 2Add garlic and ginger; saute until garlic is lightly browned.

Step 3Add celery; stir-fry 2 minutes.

Step 4Add cabbage and mushrooms; stir-fry 2 minutes.

Step 5Add spinach; stir-fry 2 minutes.

Step 6Add soy sauce and toss to coat vegetables; serve immediately.
