  • 1 Tbsp
    vegetable oil
  • 2
    garlic cloves, minced
  • 1/2 tsp
    ginger, freshly minced
  • 2
    celery stalks, sliced
  • 8 c
    chinese cabbage, 1" chunks
  • 1/2 lb
    mushrooms, freshly sliced
  • 3/4 c
    spinach, trimmed and torn
  • 2 Tbsp
    soy sauce

How to Make Hot Oriental Salad


  1. Heat oil in large skillet or dutch oven over medium-high heat.
  2. Add garlic and ginger; saute until garlic is lightly browned.
  3. Add celery; stir-fry 2 minutes.
  4. Add cabbage and mushrooms; stir-fry 2 minutes.
  5. Add spinach; stir-fry 2 minutes.
  6. Add soy sauce and toss to coat vegetables; serve immediately.
