Ingredients For health salad

    head of cabbage
  • 2
    cucumbers, pared and sliced
  • 2
    green peppers, coarsley chopped
  • 3
    carrots, pared and sliced
  • 2 clove
    garlic, minced or cut up fine
  • 3/4 c
    sugar or splenda
  • 1 c
    white vinegar
  • 3/4 c
    salad oil
  • 2 Tbsp
    salt
  • 1/3 c
    water
  • 1 tsp
    dill (i use a lot more)

How To Make health salad

    Mix all ingredients together. It's much better the second day. It makes a lot!
