Ingredients

  • 1 - head of cabbage
  • 2 - cucumbers, pared and sliced
  • 2 - green peppers, coarsley chopped
  • 3 - carrots, pared and sliced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced or cut up fine
  • 3/4 cup sugar or splenda
  • 1 cup white vinegar
  • 3/4 cup salad oil
  • 2 tablespoons salt
  • 1/3 cup water
  • 1 teaspoon dill (i use a lot more)

How To Make health salad

  • Step 1
    Mix all ingredients together. It's much better the second day. It makes a lot!
