Ingredients

1head of cabbage

2cucumbers, pared and sliced

2green peppers, coarsley chopped

3carrots, pared and sliced

2 clovegarlic, minced or cut up fine

3/4 csugar or splenda

1 cwhite vinegar

3/4 csalad oil

2 Tbspsalt
-
1/3 cwater
-
1 tspdill (i use a lot more)
How to Make Health Salad
- Mix all ingredients together. It's much better the second day. It makes a lot!
