Ingredients
- 2 large ripe tomatoes (6 - 8 slices)
- 1/4 teaspoon basil, dried
- 1/4 teaspoon oregano, dried
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon balsamic vinegar
- 2 teaspoons raspberry enlightenment (penzey spice)
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
How To Make harvest tomatoes

Step 1Divide tomatoes between two small plates.

Step 2Crumble basil and oregano over the tomatoes, sprinkle with garlic powder and drizzle with olive oil. Let stand for a few minutes.

Step 3Just before serving, sprinkle with the remaining ingredients.
