    cabbage, shredded
  • 1/2 c
    cooked ham, cubed
  • 2 Tbsp
    green pepper, chopped
  • 1 Tbsp
    chopped pimento, drained
  • 2 Tbsp
    oil
  • 1 Tbsp
    vinegar
  • 1/2 tsp
    sugar
  • 1/2 tsp
    celery seed
  • 1/4 tsp
    salt
  • 1/4 tsp
    dry mustard
  • 1/8 tsp
    pepper
  • 1/8 tsp
    paprika

How to Make Ham Coleslaw

Step-by-Step

  1. In a large serving bowl, combine the first 4 ingredients and mix well.
  2. In a separate bowl, combine the remaining ingredients and mix well.
  3. Pour over the cabbage mixture and toss gently.
  4. Serve immediately.
