How to Make Grilled Romaine Hearts


  1. Slice romaine hearts lengthwise, brush with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
  2. Grill over high heat, cut side down until slightly charred and wilted.
  3. Serve with your favorite dressing or garnish with blue cheese, bacon bits and fresh chives.
