Green Pea and Vegatable Salad

This is a great Summer salad and you make it ahead. So, by the time you are taking it to a picnic or entertaining you are finished in the kitchen with this dish.

Ingredients

  • 1 can
    tiny green peas
  • 1 can
    white or yellow corn
  • 1 can
    french green beans
  • 1 sm
    onion, chopped
  • 2 Tbsp
    celery, chopped
  • 2 Tbsp
    green pepper, chopped
  • 1 sm
    jar pimentos, chopped
  • DRESSING
  • 1 tsp
    black pepper
  • 1 tsp
    salt
  • 2/3 c
    vinegar
  • 1/2 c
    (scant) sugar
  • 1/3 c
    salad oil

How To Make

  • 1
    Drain all can vegetables well. Drain pimento's well. Put all veggies togther and pour dresing over coating all vegetables. Let marinate overnight in refridgerator.
