This is a great Summer salad and you make it ahead. So, by the time you are taking it to a picnic or entertaining you are finished in the kitchen with this dish.

  • 1 can(s)
    tiny green peas
  • 1 can(s)
    white or yellow corn
  • 1 can(s)
    french green beans
  • 1 small
    onion, chopped
  • 2 Tbsp
    celery, chopped
  • 2 Tbsp
    green pepper, chopped
  • 1 small
    jar pimentos, chopped

  • 1 tsp
    black pepper
  • 1 tsp
  • 2/3 c
  • 1/2 c
    (scant) sugar
  • 1/3 c
    salad oil

How to Make Green Pea and Vegatable Salad


  1. Drain all can vegetables well. Drain pimento's well. Put all veggies togther and pour dresing over coating all vegetables.

    Let marinate overnight in refridgerator.
