I used to order this salad at the Pasadena Cafe restaurant,they are closed now,so I make this version at home.

Ingredients
- - 1 c sour cream
- - 3 t. white vinegar
- - 1/2 t. salt
- - 32 oz. frozen green peas,thawed and drained
- - 1 c cheddar cheese,cut in small cubes
- - 1/3 c. minced green onions
How To Make green pea and cheese salad

Step 1Mix sour cream, vinegar and salt in medium size bowl. Stir in peas,cheese and onions. Cover and chill until served
