I used to order this salad at the Pasadena Cafe restaurant,they are closed now,so I make this version at home.
1 c sour cream
3 t. white vinegar
1/2 t. salt
32 oz. frozen green peas,thawed and drained
1 c cheddar cheese,cut in small cubes
1/3 c. minced green onions
How To Make
Mix sour cream, vinegar and salt in medium size bowl.
Stir in peas,cheese and onions. Cover
and chill until served
