Ingredients

  • 2 teaspoons gochugaru
  • 2 teaspoons sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon sesame seeds
  • 2 teaspoons soy sauce
  • 2 teaspoons vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 4 green onions, sliced into 4 inch pcs and sliced lengthwise

How To Make green onion salad

  • Step 1
    Soak the green onions in cold water for 10 minutes. Drain well.
  • Step 2
    Add the gochugaru, sesame oil, and sesame seeds.
  • Step 3
    Right before serving, add the soy sauce, vinegar, and sugar to step 2 and toss well. Serve
