How to Make Green Bean Salad - Steph
- Drain the green beans and peas.
Dice the celery, onion, and green pepper.
Marinate the above ingredients in the following mixture:
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 c. salad oil
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. white vinegar
Mix until sugar is dissolved. Pour over vegetables and let stand overnight. Drain 1 1/2 hours before serving.
