  • - 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • - 1 teaspoon white wine vinegar
  • - 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • - 1/8 teaspoon pepper
  • - 1 garlic clove, minced, or 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • - 1 1/2 teaspoons chopped fresh dill or 1/2 teaspoon dried dillweed
  • - 2 tablespoons chopped scallions
  • - 1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon sugar (to taste)
